In the app: open the menu, scroll down to Delete My Account, type your phone number to confirm, then enter the SMS verification code sent to you. Your account is deleted immediately once verified.
Deleting your account removes your profile, your phone number index entry, your access to every conversation, and any photos or videos you personally sent. Because BlessText conversations are end-to-end encrypted and shared with other participants, this does not remove copies of messages already delivered to other members of a conversation — the same way it works in any end-to-end encrypted messenger.
Without the app: if you no longer have access to the app, email etagesoftworks@gmail.com from any address, including the phone number on your account, and we will process the deletion within 30 days.
Neither app has an account system, so there is nothing to delete beyond uninstalling the app.
